Returns & Exchanges
With Fashion Barn, you can always return an item you are not fully satisfied with.
Conditions for returns :
- Returns must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition with the original labels.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
- Postage fees are not refundable.
- We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and hygiene standards. This also applies to sets with earrings.
- Refunds are only issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returning goods.
- Transactions may take several business days to appear on your bank account. This can vary greatly between card issuers and we are unable to influence this.
